April 28th at 3:45 am the Branford Fire Dept. was dispatched to 674 Main St. for a reported structure fire with persons trapped. Once on scene crews were met with a significant amount of fire on the first and second floors trapping the occupants of the third floor with no means of egress including the fire escape.
